OneMoreBeer is a dynamically growing company with revenues of PLN 37 million, constantly investing in the development of online sales and seeking solutions that support effective service for both business partners and retail customers.

Challenge

Before implementing ONe, OneMoreBeer used several systems simultaneously. The lack of integration resulted in fragmented product and customer data. Customers lacked access to current inventory levels and price lists, leading to order errors and delays.

Many processes were handled manually, and the customer service team was heavily burdened. The company’s growth and growing customer base meant that these solutions were no longer sufficient.
