ONe Route Plans

ONe Route Plans is a module that supports the planning and implementation of sales representatives’ visits to customers. The module enables the creation of cyclical visit plans, automatically generates tasks for sales representatives and provides full visibility (control) of implementation in the management panel.
As a result, the team works at a consistent pace, does not overlook key customers, and management has a tool to monitor the implementation of plans and the effectiveness of sales representatives in the field.
What are Route Plans?
Route Plans are plans for regular visits by sales representatives, covering all customers assigned to them. It is not a single route, but a set of repeat visits carried out at a fixed interval – e.g. weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Each Route Plan applies to one sales representative and contains a list of customers with assigned visit frequencies. The system takes into account differences in segments and priorities – strategic customers can be visited more often, while smaller ones can be visited occasionally.
Route Plans help to organise field work while maintaining the flexibility necessary in direct sales.
Objectives of implementing route planning
The module was created to support both sales representatives and sales managers.
The most important objectives are:
- Standardisation of route planning within the organisation.

- Automation of tasks resulting from a fixed schedule.

Functional scope
The Route Planner module is available in the sales representative panel. It includes, among other things:
- Creating and assigning routes to sales representatives and branches.
- Adding customers to routes along with labels and priorities.
- Planning the frequency of visits (weekly, monthly, specific days).
- Automatic creation of tasks based on the schedule.
- Preview of the visit calendar for the coming days and weeks.
- Managing permissions and restricting route editing.
- Editing Route Plans with an impact only on future visits (completion history retained).
- Defining the types of tasks created (e.g. sales meeting, presentation of an offer, service).
Flexible cycle configuration
Route Plans allow you to map the actual work rhythm of a sales representative. In the configuration, you can specify: the cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), specific days of the week, visit times, task name and type, and route coverage.
This means that the plan is not ‘top-down rigid’, but tailored to a specific region, customer portfolio and sales strategy.
Route Plans not only organise your field work schedule – they also allow you to analyse how visits affect sales and customer relations. Thanks to the history of completed visits, related notes and tasks, you can:
- check which visits translate into an increase in orders,
- quickly identify customers who have not been contacted in a given period,
- analyse the effectiveness of field work at the regional or sales representative level,
- plan activities based on data rather than declarations.
It is a tool that not only streamlines the process, but also allows you to measure its effectiveness.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You create Route Plans and assign them to a salesperson or branch
You add customers and specify the frequency of contact (e.g. with labels)
You set the schedule and type of tasks for the visit cycle
The system automatically creates tasks for the following days according to the plan
The sales representative carries out visits and adds notes, and the manager can see the progress
