Understand what really drives sales in your company

The ONe analytics module gives you a complete, multidimensional insight into each customer’s purchases — from trends and margins to the structure of purchases across sales channels. All data is at your fingertips, without the need for additional integrations. The analysis covers both transactions from the ONe platform and other company systems (e.g. ERP), allowing you to see the entire customer relationship in one place.

With the analytics module, you can compare periods, observe changes in customer behaviour and quickly identify purchasing trends. The system allows you to analyse not only sales values and volumes, but also loyalty, brand structure, product categories and suppliers. All this in an interactive panel that supports the daily work of salespeople and those responsible for sales results.

What does the module include?

Sales and trend analysis

The module allows you to analyse sales for any period: monthly, quarterly or annually, and compare results for these periods. This allows you to see how sales value, margin and purchase structure change over time.

Charts and tables display data in a clear manner, allowing you to quickly identify increases, decreases and seasonality.

Customer loyalty and behaviour

The system analyses the regularity of purchases and their value (minimum value configured by the analyst) over the last 12 months and, on this basis, determines the level of customer loyalty. The trend – upward, steady or downward – is visible, which facilitates a quick response.

In addition, the module allows you to track the structure of purchases across sales channels, including the share of e-commerce (number of orders and lines and value), which allows you to better assess customer adaptation to digital channels.

Purchase structure analysis

Sales data can be analysed from various perspectives – products, categories, brands and suppliers. This allows you to know which product groups generate revenue and margin, and which do not, and where to focus your commercial activities.

The drill-down analysis option allows you to move from synthetic data (e.g. Top 5 products) to details, e.g. all products purchased in the analysed period along with their sales margin.

Integration and personalisation

The module uses data that has already been integrated during the implementation of ONe. It does not require additional connections or manual import of information.

It can be customised to individual needs: change report views, add your own indicators or extend analyses with additional reports.

Towards full company analytics

The current version of the module supports data analysis at the individual customer level.

The development plans include an extension with summary reports, such as: ‘My customers’, ‘Branch customers’, ‘Region customers’ and ‘Company customers’, which will allow for analysis of results on a broader scale and provide a basis for specific actions to be taken by those responsible for sales.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Configuration

The module must be configured after verifying the implemented integration with ERP.

Integration

If the integration meets all requirements, the analytical module will start using the data contained in sales documents, the product database, and the customer database, and will process everything in the data warehouse that is part of the analytical module.

Analytics

The user immediately receives clear charts and reports showing the key economic and financial parameters of each customer.

Discovery

You can delve into the details, change parameters, and compare results over time.

Module availability

The ONe analytics module is now available and ready to be launched. In most cases, it does not require configuration or additional integration; data from your environment is ready for analysis.
