A promotion can be activated by a voucher code, assigned to a specific segment, time-limited, or dependent on the value or number of products in the basket.
The system also allows you to create a promotion without any additional conditions. In this case, all customers will receive the defined promotion benefit. However, every promotion must have a specific benefit.

The promotion can be activated by a voucher code entered by the customer in the shopping basket. Once the code is entered, the system applies the relevant discount or awards a prize in accordance with the promotion settings.
This solution works well for email campaigns, seasonal promotions and partner initiatives where you want to make a promotion available to a selected group of customers.

Tailor the terms to a specific group of customers
The promotions module allows you to target campaigns at selected customer segments. If a customer belongs to the specified group, the system will automatically apply the promotion.

This means promotions do not have to apply equally to everyone. You can tailor them to your customer structure, sales strategy and current business objectives.

- Available discount types:
- product discount, i.e. a discount applied only to specified products in the basket,
- category discount, i.e. a discount covering products from selected categories,
- discount on labelled products, i.e. a discount for products marked with a specified label,
- discount on the cheapest product, i.e. a discount applied to the single cheapest product meeting the promotion criteria.
This allows the promotion mechanism to be tailored to a specific sales campaign and the selected scope of the offer.

A reward can also be the outcome of a promotion. When configuring the promotion, you can specify which products constitute rewards for the customer.
