General Information about ONe B2B
ONe B2B is a comprehensive sales platform designed for companies operating in B2B, D2C, and B2C models. It enables digital customer service, automates sales processes, and centralizes all sales in a single system. ONe is designed for wholesalers, manufacturers, and distributors who want to improve sales, customer service, and pricing.
Unlike traditional online stores, ONe B2B is an enterprise-class system designed specifically for business sales. It offers features not available in typical e-commerce platforms, such as: individual price lists and discounts, credit limits, offline order processing, advanced RFQs, ERP integration, transactional CRM, a loyalty program, and pricing policy in the ePrice module.
ONe is suitable for any industry where B2B relationships, complex pricing, and integration with ERP systems are key. The platform is currently used by companies in the electrical, industrial, construction, automotive, heating (HVAC), paper and office equipment, beauty, and FMCG sectors.
ONe B2B operates in the cloud (SaaS) on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. Customers can access the platform remotely via a web browser or PWA mobile app, without the need for on-premises installation.

Yes. The system includes an advanced quotation module that handles the entire process from request to offer acceptance, along with version history, comments, and the ability to submit offers internally.
Yes. The platform allows you to assign credit limits, payment terms, and apply holds for overdue customers.
Yes. ONe integrates with many ERP systems (including Comarch XL and Optima, SAP, enova, Insert nexo, Subiekt, Navireo, and Softlab). Integration can be achieved through ready-made plugins (for the most popular systems on the market) or as dedicated solutions.
Yes. The administrator can create roles and assign specific authorizations to them, both for company employees and customer-side users.
Yes. The RMA module allows customers to submit complaints related to specific invoices and order items, and the supplier's service department can easily manage such requests. The module also allows account managers to enter complaints on their behalf. Further processing is common for both request sources, and each party can track the progress of the complaint.
Yes. ONe includes a loyalty program module that allows you to collect loyalty points that can be used for discount coupons and rewards for customers on purchases. Modifications are also possible depending on your business needs.
The platform allows for integration with any PIM system, ERP data import, customer segmentation, and visibility definition for selected customers, as well as full content editing in the CMS (descriptions, photos, labels, banners, attachments, product technical documentation, certificates, etc.).
Yes. The ONe ENTERPRISE package includes product configurators and calculators for various industries that support the sale of complex products (e.g., a cable calculator, underfloor heating calculator, a concession module, and many others). In addition, other solutions can be tailored to specific customer needs.
Integrations and Technology
ONe integrates with Comarch ERP systems (Optima, XL), SAP, enova365, Subiekt, Navireo, and many others. Integration includes synchronizing product data, inventory, orders, and documents.
The integration process includes system analysis, API connector configuration, data communication testing, and production implementation. ONe offers both ready-made integrators and dedicated implementations for custom systems.
Both options are available: ready-made integration modules for popular ERPs and the ability to develop dedicated solutions for industry-specific systems or custom data structures.
Customer and Sales Support
YES. Each customer receives a dedicated B2B dashboard with access to:
- order history both online and offline,
- invoices, invoice corrections, and delivery notes,
- merchant limit and balance,
- purchase lists, offers, and requests for quotes,
- payment and shipment statuses.
All documents can be exported to a file.
Yes. Salespeople have access to their own dashboard (merchant dashboard), where they have access to full customer service and can place orders both from their computer and mobile devices (thanks to PWA). This feature is particularly useful for field sales representatives.
Yes. The system allows you to assign each customer to a selected sales representative, allowing their contact information to be visible in the customer dashboard. Salespeople also have access to purchase history and can personalize offers.
Yes. The Sales Analytics module provides salespeople and managers with sales dashboards, reports, and statistics that allow them to monitor the effectiveness of sales activities, customer sales value, and measure customer loyalty.
Yes. ONe enables ongoing communication between the merchant and the customer through:
- comments and notes on offers,
- submitting offers for approval,
- a floating cart feature - the merchant can share the cart with the customer, make changes in real time, and finalize the order.

Yes. ONe offers full integration support, both in terms of ready-made connectors and dedicated solutions. It is also possible to integrate with other systems, e.g. PIM
Yes. Both during and after the implementation process, each customer receives user and administrator training covering system operation, CRM, quoting and price management. In addition, after the platform is launched, customer support also includes business support in the form of Sales Department training.
Yes. Customers receive access to support via support.b2b.one, as well as access to instructions, documentation and a consultant. ONe also offers SLA and service packages to ensure the continuity of the platform.
Yes. The platform is constantly being developed – customers benefit from ongoing updates and new features that are automatically implemented in the AWS cloud without any downtime.
The implementation of the ONe platform is carried out directly by the ONe Company Sp. z o.o. team – the software manufacturer. The company has its own implementation, integration and technical support department, which provides:
system configuration according to customer needs,
integration with ERP/PIM/WMS,
data transfer and testing,
training and post-launch support.
For complex projects (ONe ENTERPRISE), it is also possible to cooperate with certified implementation partners or the customer's IT team.
Pricing and licensing
The implementation cost is determined individually and depends on the selected package:

- ONe BOX M – from PLN 6,490 / €1,490
- ONe BOX L – from PLN 9,990 / €2,290

Yes. ONe offers flexible subscriptions and licences that can be scaled as your business grows. The parameters (number of users, products, orders) are negotiable.
Yes. A demo version of the platform is available, allowing you to familiarise yourself with the functionality and interface of ONe before implementation.
Maintenance is included in the subscription price and covers AWS cloud hosting, technical support and updates. The costs depend on the selected package and scope of support.
