AB Bechcicki is one of the largest distributors of building materials in Poland.
The company operates in the B2B model, offering a wide range of products for contractors, construction companies, developers, wholesalers, and construction stores.
Over the years, the growth of the organization and the increasing number of customers have increased the need to automate processes and ensure the consistency of sales and pricing data across the entire distribution network.

The company was looking for a solution that would enable the automation of B2B sales processes while ensuring data transparency and easy price management.
ONe stood out with its flexible architecture, integration with ERP and PIM, and the ability to run in a single environment: an e-commerce platform, a sales panel (Transactional CRM), and the ePrice module.
By choosing the ONe sales platform, the AB Bechcicki team received a complete set of tools for sales and pricing policy management – without the need to maintain several separate systems, and with the possibility of further flexible development and scaling.
The decision to implement ONe allowed the company to gain full control over its data, faster and more effective customer service, and greater stability of commercial processes. Customers, on the other hand, received a significantly wider range of products and a higher level of knowledge about them (prices, stock levels, technical parameters, attachments), as well as their entire order history, downloadable documents (invoices, corrections) in one place, and the ability to initiate multiple sales and after-sales processes.

Challenge
Before implementing ONe, the company faced challenges typical for a large, complex commercial organization:
- no channel for online customer service,
- customer service was provided in the traditional way: visits to branches, phone calls, e-mails,
- no uniform product data,
- inconsistent price lists, as many price lists as there were salespeople,
- limited ERP system capabilities to expand the product offering,
- manual creation of offers and orders,
- difficulty in maintaining a consistent pricing policy and margin control.
The growing number of products and customers increased the complexity of the daily work of sales and customer service teams, and the lack of automation hindered further development, often conditioned by the acquisition of additional resources, including employees or their skills, which are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain on the market and whose costs are constantly rising.
Solutions
The implementation project, carried out jointly with our partner UNIVIO, included the implementation of the ONe B2B platform and the ePrice module, fully integrated with the ERP and PIM systems via the Unilinker integration bus. In particular, the following were launched:
eCommerce platform
enables customers to place orders or requests for quotations on their own, browse a database of over 100,000 products, including checking stock levels, individual prices, or transaction history, with the option of downloading delivery notes, invoices, and correction invoices.
Sales Panel
(Transactional CRM)
supports the daily work of salespeople, allowing them to quickly prepare offers and orders based on current data.
ePrice Module
a central tool for managing prices in any customer-product combinations and controlling minimum margins.
Integration with ERP and PIM
automatic synchronization of data on products, stock levels, prices, and documents.
