- Implementation Process
The implementation process was carried out in stages – from needs analysis, through ERP integration configuration, to testing and team training.
The biggest challenge was synchronizing custom product data with the ERP. Thanks to the support of the ONe team, we were able to develop dedicated integration solutions that ensured the system’s proper operation.
As part of the implementation, orders were also divided into available and pre-orders, which allowed for better sales management of products being introduced to the market.
