A loyalty programme in B2B sales is more than just ‘collecting points’; it is a tool designed to increase customer retention, stabilise revenue and gather data on customer behaviour. Unlike in B2C, where decisions are often emotional, in B2B the programme must offer tangible business value. The ONe loyalty programme allows you to flexibly manage the mechanism for collecting points on purchases and how they are redeemed, e.g. for vouchers or rewards.

What does the module include?

Points awarded upon invoicing

Points are awarded automatically once an online order has been invoiced. The system analyses the items on the invoice, takes into account the product’s base points and the rules in force on the date the order was placed, and records the transaction in the customer’s account.

Product base points and multiplier rules

Each product can be assigned a point value, and the final number of points can be increased by multipliers. Multipliers allow you to reward selected products, categories, manufacturers or designations (e.g. labels in PIM) – at specific times and for selected customer groups.

Vouchers and rewards

Points can be exchanged for discount vouchers (fixed-amount or percentage-based), product rewards added to the basket, and special offers redeemed outside the system. Each reward has a defined point value, availability and redemption period.

Transparency and control of settlements

The programme provides a full history of points-related events – for both the customer and the administrator. For events linked to an invoice, you can check the details of the items and how the points were calculated, making the programme auditable and transparent.

STEP 1

Scheme rules

You set the product point values, multiplier rules, customer segments and reward types. You publish the scheme rules.

STEP 2

Purchase and invoice

The customer places an order online, and points are credited once the invoice is issued.

STEP 3

Automatic points calculation

The system records the points in the customer’s account along with the calculation and transaction history.

STEP 4

Redeeming rewards

The customer selects a voucher or reward and redeems it (e.g. directly in the shopping basket).
