Basic Scope of Integration
With the Streamsoft Prestiż integration, you can automatically transfer data from your ERP system to ONe, including:
Customers, including first user account details, payment terms and credit limits.
Order statuses and sales invoices, including invoice payment status.
Goods issue notes (WZ).
Product data, stock levels, and B2C and B2B prices.
Customer groups, both the default segment and additional segments.
Additionally, the integration allows orders and customer updates to be sent from the ONe platform to the Streamsoft Prestiż system.
Implementation Stages

Initial Call and Getting to Know Each Other

Business and Technical Analysis

Launching the Test Environment
Before the application goes live, we run the entire solution in ERP and ONe test environments, carrying out developer tests as well as tests together with you.
Launching the Production Environment
Once the integration has been confirmed to work in the test environment, we configure the ERP and ONe environments and carry out tests with the client.
Platform Launch and Completion of Implementation
We agree on the platform launch date and provide support during the integration’s “burn-in” phase, after which support is transferred to the Zendesk platform.
Integration Application Requirements
For the integration to be implemented successfully, the appropriate access and environments must be provided, including:
Access to the environment where the ERP system is installed, via RDP remote desktop or the AnyDesk application.
Administrator rights on the Windows user account for the duration of the implementation.
Installation of the required applications, such as Windows .NET Framework and Microsoft SQL Server Express.
Creating a copy of the database in the test environment and providing a new ERP system user for integration purposes.
Additionally, the integration allows orders and customer updates to be sent from the ONe platform to the Streamsoft Prestiż system.
Configuration of Delivery and Payment Methods
Every report of a potential integration error is carefully verified by our team. If an error results from our integration application, we will fix it in accordance with the terms of the agreement. If the problem stems from an error in the client’s system or from incorrect data, we will inform you of any additional costs involved in resolving it.
